How to Book

Our system is live - Once your Booking Fee has been made, you are guaranteed a single or a twin room.

1. View room type from the "Rooms & Rates" menu.
2. Select a room type and select "Book Now".
3. You need a Photo ID. Please make sure you have photo ready to uplaod at the booking stage.
4. Complete the application form and make a booking payment. Our payment gateway is via PayPal, you can pay using, Visa Card, Debit Card, Master Card or using a PayPal Account.
5. Once your booking is approved, You will receive an email containing a link to make payment for the first semester.
6. Payment for First Semester is Amount Due Semster 1.
7. Checkin date is Friday 18 August 2023.
8. Payment for Second Semester must be made by Amount Due Semster 2

3. You need a Photo ID. Please make sure you have photo ready to uplaod at the booking stage.
4. Each applicant must complete the application form and make a booking payment. Our payment gateway is via PayPal, you can pay using, Visa Card, Debit Card, Master Card or using a PayPal Account.
5. Once your booking is approved, You will receive an email with details of making a viewing and signing of contract.
6. Payment is made by designated Occupant and is due on the first day of every month.
7. All apartments are available for rental from 9 to 12 Months terms.
